Only collect what the work needs.
This notice explains the information AI Mentorship collects through the site, applications, purchases, and client work, and why it is used.
What is collected
1:1 AI Mentorship applications include name, email, type of work, what the applicant wants AI to help with, current problems, tools tried, confidence level, desired 90-day outcome, readiness, and optional notes. Systems purchases include the name and email supplied through Stripe, the product purchased, the Google account chosen for Drive access, payment status, access status, and support history.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site. Novo handles mentorship invoices and payments under its own terms. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health records, payment card numbers, confidential documents, or other sensitive information in an application.
To limit application spam, the site briefly processes the client IP supplied by its host. The rate-limit table stores only a keyed hash of that IP and the application email, not the raw IP address.
How the information is used
The information is used to review mentorship fit, prepare for an invited call, communicate with applicants and clients, process invoices and purchases, provide mentorship, give or remove the correct product access, send service emails, support customers, prevent duplicate delivery, handle disputes, and keep required business records.
Mentorship data and account access
Mentorship may involve documents, examples, screenshots, or other working information the client chooses to discuss. Share only what is needed for the question. Do not send sensitive or regulated data through the application or WhatsApp.
Accounts stay client-owned. The client completes sign-ins, OAuth approvals, and restricted permission steps or shares a screen. Payton does not ask for passwords, MFA codes, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, or other secrets. Any working copy Payton controls is limited to the material needed for mentorship and may be deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to provider backups and records that must be kept.
Services involved
Stripe processes AI Systems payments. Novo handles mentorship invoices and payments. Google Workspace provides Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, and Drive. OpenAI Sites hosts the website. A written mentorship acceptance or working session may involve other tools the client chooses to use. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the application, customer relationship, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Mentorship working copies are deleted when no longer needed, subject to provider backups and records that must be kept. Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the offer or perform the approved scope, with your direction, or when legally required.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete information that AI Mentorship controls, subject to records that must be kept for payment, accounting, disputes, or law. You can also ask which Google account currently has access and which product library it can open.
