What you’re buying and how you can use it.
These terms apply to 1:1 AI Mentorship and product purchases from AI Mentorship, operated by Payton Bilodeau Business LLC. Buying a product or accepting a mentorship place means you agree to the terms that apply to that offer and any written acceptance details.
The three AI systems products
The AI Content Creation Pack includes systems 05, 06, 09, and 10. The AI Skills and Automation Pack includes systems 02 and 03. Payton’s Complete AI Systems includes all ten systems, both focused-pack assets, and the Complete orchestration and measurement files. Buying one pack does not grant access to either of the other product libraries.
Each product is a downloadable digital working library for use with your own tools and files. It is not hosted software, a private mentorship service, or access to Payton’s personal or client files. Content Waterfall includes source checks and required human review before you publish any output.
Internal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, adapt, and use the purchased files for your own personal work or inside your own business.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the protected library, its access link, or substantially unchanged copies with another person or company. You may use your own finished work made with the systems, but you may not sell or give away the systems themselves.
Access and product-specific updates
Each protected Google Drive product library remains read-only. You can download and change your own copies. Access is limited to the product you purchased.
Product updates mean updates to the systems included in your purchase for as long as AI Mentorship continues to offer and maintain them. They do not include private mentorship, unlimited support, another product library, every future product, or a promise that a third-party tool will remain available.
Price, payment, and tax
The current product prices are $249 once for the AI Content Creation Pack, $199 once for the AI Skills and Automation Pack, and $500 once for Payton’s Complete AI Systems. The Complete price is a founding price for the first 300 Complete buyers. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before payment.
Upgrading to Complete
An eligible focused-pack payment can be credited dollar for dollar toward the fixed $500 Complete price only through the private Upgrade to Complete link sent to the email used for that purchase. A $249 Content Creation payment leaves $251 due, a $199 Skills and Automation payment leaves $301 due, and both eligible payments tied to the same checkout email leave $52 due.
The link only applies the credit recorded for the verified order and checkout email. Refunded, disputed, or previously used payments are not eligible. Any credited source order and its Complete upgrade remain linked for payment, refund, dispute, and access review. The same payment cannot receive overlapping refund and upgrade credit.
Private 1:1 AI Mentorship
A mentorship application is a request for review, not an agreement to work together, and no payment is taken through the application. The mentorship is for one individual. Payton keeps a small active roster and may pause new starts when he does not have room to support another client properly.
If accepted, the price is $1,000 per month, paid month to month. Each paid month includes one private Google Meet working session per week, usually 45 to 60 minutes, plus personal guidance through WhatsApp between calls. Session length may flex with the work. You may message at any time, but replies are primarily provided on business days and are usually sent within one business day. A weekend reply may happen when Payton is available, but it is not promised.
Teaching, guided building, and support boundaries
The mentorship combines teaching, advice, screen sharing, and guided work on the client’s real tasks. Payton may help write instructions, diagnose a workflow, test an automation, or build part of a system alongside the client. It does not include emergency support, instant replies, unlimited implementation outside calls, or operation of the client’s accounts.
WhatsApp guidance may come as a message, link, resource, or voice note. Payton may share a relevant template or part of one of his own systems when he thinks it will help. This does not automatically include any complete Payton’s AI Systems product library. Those products remain separate purchases unless the written acceptance details explicitly include one.
The client owns the client’s data, accounts, files, and original work. Payton keeps ownership of his pre-existing methods, templates, and product libraries. Files and instructions created specifically in a mentorship session remain available to the client, subject to any third-party license that applies.
Accounts, privacy, and third-party costs
The client keeps control of the client’s accounts and completes every sign-in, OAuth approval, payment, and restricted permission step. Never send Payton passwords, MFA codes, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, or payment card details. When a setup requires access, the client completes the step or shares a screen.
Third-party plans, subscriptions, API use, and usage charges are not included in the mentorship price. Third-party services keep their own terms, limits, prices, privacy practices, and uptime.
Your responsibility
AI output can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing what the tools produce, protecting sensitive information, choosing safe permissions, following the rules that apply to your work, and making final decisions. Nothing here is legal, tax, medical, investment, or cybersecurity advice.
No guaranteed result
The systems and mentorship are designed to improve practical AI skill and work, but no specific time savings, income, audience result, business result, or third-party tool compatibility is guaranteed.
